OUR STORY
THE BEGINNING
We're Jake and Jason Carlock, and we grew up in Babylon playing every sport Long Island has. Like a lot of kids here, our jerseys came from one place: Murphy's Sport Shack.
That gear meant more than we knew. Our high school jerseys came from that shop, and so did the jackets we earned winning a Long Island championship. Pulling them on gave us pride before we ever stepped on the field, and it taught us something we still believe: when you look good, you play good.
So when the shop that outfitted us came up for sale, we took the chance to stay in the game we love and take care of the teams and families we grew up around.
In September 2024, Murphy's Sport Shack became Carlock's Sport Shack.
Today, out of our Deer Park shop, we make uniforms, spirit wear, workwear, trophies, and free online team stores for teams, businesses, and events across Long Island.
Forty years after this shop opened its doors, our promise is the one we felt pulling on that first jersey: whether it's twelve shirts for a Little League team or a full varsity roster, everyone who wears what we make should feel that same pride.
